Ticket check-in

Select the event you are admitting guests to. Scanning previews a ticket; it never checks anyone in automatically.

You can also use your phone’s regular camera to open a QR ticket, then sign in here. Paste a ticket link if camera scanning is unavailable.

Paid order backup

Load issued tickets for the selected event, then search by buyer name/email. To create a ticket for an earlier paid order, enter its Stripe Checkout Session reference.
