$4,800 / year

Pay $400 at enrollment, followed by 11 monthly payments of $400. Early cancellation before completing the initial 12-month commitment costs one additional month at your agreed membership rate, replacing the remaining unpaid monthly payments. Renews for another 12-month commitment unless you give Coach Wise written or verbal notice before renewal.
