Text message terms

Effective October 28, 2026.

Our Vision Sports Education Foundation Inc., with Tygtal Consulting as its management and operating arm, offers optional text messages about athlete-development programs and events, including Classics, camps, showcases, Official Visits, related opportunities, invitations, registration follow-ups, scheduling and support.

Messages are sent only after consent appropriate for their purpose has been obtained and recorded. Available enrollment methods depend on the program. Any enrollment instructions must identify Our Vision, explain the message purpose, and provide these terms and our privacy notice. A staff conversation does not replace any recipient confirmation required for promotional messages. Permission for informational updates and promotional messages is recorded separately. A form submission or consent to texts is not event registration or payment. SMS consent is optional and is not required to register.

Messages may recur; frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Contact coachwise@tygtalconsulting.com for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
