Your scout reviews the evidence, documents both the positives and concerns, and explains what still needs verification. You receive a written assessment before making a decision about the full recruiting plan.
Build a realistic target list
Research programs against your athlete’s profile and your family’s academic, financial and location priorities. Separate potential fit from confirmed interest.
Pursue opportunities
Present the athlete’s factual evaluation and materials, conduct agreed outreach, track responses and follow up. Our responsibility is to perform the agreed work; colleges control their decisions.

The 90-day ongoing service begins when the accepted $3,000 balance payment is verified after assessment review. The assessment remains a standalone service if either side declines to proceed.

Clear expectations protect your family and our work.
Families must provide accurate information, obtain required permissions, respond to agreed tasks and meet school deadlines. We will not fabricate achievements, send misleading information or make commitments to a college on the athlete’s behalf.
Evaluations and reports are private. Permission to use an athlete’s information for the agreed recruiting work is separate from any optional permission for public marketing.
Read service, payment and cancellation termsWhat if an opportunity comes quickly—or takes longer?
An offer in the first week does not automatically end the plan or make the remaining service fee disappear. The agreed opportunity research, outreach, follow-up and reporting continue through the 90-day term. The fee pays for services performed, not an offer.
If the search continues for six months, the initial purchase still covers 90 days. Any additional period requires a separate written extension and price. There is no automatic renewal and no promised placement deadline.
