What you are purchasing
Service provider: Our Vision Sports Education Foundation, Inc. This program is only for current high school seniors; LYF Academy serves underclassmen. These terms cover the senior athlete assessment and the separately accepted opportunity-search service. A parent / legal guardian must contract for an athlete under 18; an adult athlete may contract for themselves.
Version:
Assessment first
The $400 payment covers scout review of the materials supplied, a written evaluation and one review conversation. Work begins after payment is verified and required materials are received. Staff confirms the material checklist and delivery timetable in writing. The report is delivered even if the ongoing search is declined.
Active college-opportunity search
The 90-day ongoing service begins when the accepted $3,000 payment is verified after assessment review. Both parties must accept the final scope, deliverables and contact permissions, and the $3,000 full payment must be verified before ongoing work begins. The assessment purchase alone is not acceptance of the ongoing search.
Scout evaluation and opportunity search
Reports are professional opinions based on the evidence available at the time. Self-reported or unverified information is identified. College needs, eligibility rules and recruiting conditions may change. We do not provide official eligibility certification, legal advice or NIL/agent representation under this service.
Price and payment options
The $3,000 balance is collected in full for a fixed 90-day plan, not an indefinite membership. No financing provider is advertised or promised. An early offer does not automatically end the agreed service period. An extension after day 90 requires separate written scope and price, even when a search ultimately lasts six months.
A failed, disputed or reversed payment requires billing review. Work does not begin on a pending checkout; disputes and refunds remain subject to the agreement and applicable law.
Cancellation and refunds
A family may request cancellation by emailing info@ourvisionfoundation.com. We acknowledge the request, confirm completed work and explain the account allocation. If Our Vision cannot perform the agreed services, the applicable undelivered portion must be resolved rather than treated as a forfeiture.
Service allocations and evidence
Within the $3,000 ongoing balance, $1,200 is allocated to target research and the recruiting packet; $900 to agreed outreach and follow-up; and $900 to search-status check-ins, findings updates and the final opportunity summary. Paying upfront does not mean undelivered work has already been earned. Work completion and any cancellation allocation are supported by records and the agreement.
Family responsibilities and permission
Provide accurate records, film and contact details; obtain required permissions; complete the agreed tasks; attend scheduled meetings; and meet college deadlines. Do not share passwords, Social Security numbers or unnecessary medical information in intake fields. We arrange secure review of documents when needed.
The family authorizes private evaluation and delivery of the report to the enrolling adult and the athlete email supplied. The separately accepted plan must authorize the specific athlete materials and target-program outreach. Public use of an athlete’s name, image or testimonial requires separate optional consent. Families retain control of applications, visits, financial decisions and commitments.
Questions, corrections and consumer rights
Contact info@ourvisionfoundation.com or (678) 916-7161 for a concern, correction or service review. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. These terms describe the service; they do not promise immunity from claims or replace a properly reviewed written agreement.
